health & safety information
NOVA Chamber Music Series prioritizes the health and well-being of our entire community.
As part of this effort, we have committed to the following policies. NOVA Chamber Music Series may change and adjust these policies during the course of the season in response to guidance from the CDC and other public health authorities.
By purchasing tickets or subscription packages, you agree that you and any guests who use your tickets will comply with our policies as they exist at the time of the concert.
what we’re asking you to do:
If you feel ill, please stay home.
We will happily allow you to exchange your ticket for another concert in the same season. Patrons who wish to exchange a Libby Gardner Series ticket for a Gallery Series concert will be charged a $10 upgrade fee.
Face masks are recommended when attending Libby Gardner Series concerts and other NOVA events.
Face masks must be worn at all times when indoors at Gallery Series concerts.
Masks must meet CDC masking guidelines and cover both nose and mouth.
This policy applies to patrons of all ages.
Social distance wherever possible.
NOVA concerts are general admission, with no reserved seating. When selecting seats, patrons must allow two empty seats between them and other parties who are already seated and avoid sitting directly behind other patrons.
We encourage patrons to social distance in lobbies and other public spaces.
If you require assistance with your subscription or plan to purchase additional tickets, try to arrive early.
Patron Services will open at 2:00pm before each concert.
Be patient and understanding with other patrons and NOVA staff.
Given the changing nature of public health conditions, additional precautions may need to be implemented or prior precautions may be relaxed. Artists may become unavailable on short notice, which might result in last-minute programming adjustments. All programs are subject to change.
what we’ll be doing for you:
Any significant changes will be communicated via email as soon as possible.
We will do our best to avoid surprising you when you arrive at the concert hall. Please be sure that you have added info@novaslc.org to your contact list so that this information doesn’t end up in your spam folder.
Face masks and hand sanitizer will be available in the lobby.
NOVA staff and volunteers are required to wear face masks. NOVA artists are required to wear face masks when not onstage.
Door sales will be by card only.
Cash or check will not be accepted.
Patron Services will open at 2:00pm.
Arriving early for assistance with your ticketing needs will help us prevent the formation of a long line.

Printed programs will be available from a self-service location as you enter the hall.
